The Bog Witch Poster

A pale, haunting face fills the frame: dark eyes, rosy cheeks and long dark hair crowned by an ornate black headpiece, with feathery magenta plumes fanning out behind her. Her figure fades into the landscape, half woman, half spirit of the land.

Behind and through her stretches a golden bog of russet grasses and dark spruce beneath a cracked, parchment-textured sky. Earthy ochres, soft pinks and inky black lines make The Bog Witch feel like a page torn from an old book of northern folklore.
